Wayne joined Geospatial and Population Studies in March 2026, where he is responsible for maintaining daily ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, and developing Power BI dashboards. Prior to joining GPS, he worked as a full-stack developer with the Bureau of Business and Economic Research, where he maintained the New Mexico Statewide Data Bank and created interactive graphs and visualizations based on the underlying data.
